Derek Williamson
Chief Executive Officer
Derek Williamson brings more than 25 years of oil and gas experience to APEX. His background includes acquisitions and divestitures, land acquisition, cased-hole completions, service operations and operated asset development.
Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He also serves on the board of a U.S. agricultural association.
Elliot Chambers
President & Chief Financial Officer
Elliot Chambers is a senior finance and leadership executive with more than 25 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than $35 billion in capital formation transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
His previous leadership roles include positions with Aurelian Companies, White Star Petroleum, American Energy and Chesapeake Energy Corporation. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Kirk Brown
Chief Operating Officer
Kirk Brown brings 30 years of business development experience, primarily with early-stage companies. His background includes high technology, enterprise storage, security software and energy-related business development.
Throughout his career, Kirk has helped emerging companies build industry relationships, expand market awareness and pursue long-term growth.
Parker Bowles
General Counsel
Parker Bowles brings extensive experience in oil and gas, operations, project management, land administration, auditing and regulatory compliance.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. Parker also serves as regulatory affairs chairman for the Oklahoma Energy Producers Alliance.
Apex International Fuels LLC provides consulting and facilitation services. Apex does not buy, sell, trade, broker, hold or take title to crude oil or refined fuel products.
